Butterfield Country Club is seeking individuals to integrate into our progressive culinary team. Ideal candidates will be motivated self starters, passionate, show attention to detail, and aspire to be Executive Chefs. Food preparations are upscale casual and the kitchen environment can be described as fast paced. Ideal candidates must also be flexible with scheduling- open on weekends and holidays.

Butter field country Club is seeking a pastry intern to directly assist the Executive Pastry Chef in daily pastry production. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience, start to finish, producing plated desserts, mini pastries, and cakes. Production will also include: basic doughs, batters, mousse, and chocolate decorations. As part of this process, the intern will compile a recipe book, and a production portfolio of his or her work.
